Companies wishing to give a technical presentation must select their preferred day and time from the published Program Schedule, and reserve a slot by emailing the name of the presenter and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English to info@cngexpo.com.

How can I benefit from the exhibition logistics services?

How can I benefit from cleaning services?
During the exhibition, cleaning of general areas and hall corridors will be carried out by CNG Expo Events. Exhibitor companies can place an order for in-stand cleaning through the Online System.
Can stands be dismantled before the official closing time of the exhibition?
Dismantling of stands and/or moving items before the official closing time of the exhibition is not permitted.
How can I apply to become an exhibitor at the fair?
To apply, simply fill out the Stand Request Form and click on the “Submit Request” section.
